Site study & Vastu marking
We survey the plot, study soil and orientation, and mark out the layout according to Vastu before any digging begins.
We check: plot dimensions, orientation, soil and setbacks

Foundation
Footings are designed by our structural engineers for your soil conditions and the building load.
We check: excavation depth, reinforcement and concrete quality

Plinth
The plinth beam and damp-proofing raise the home safely above ground level.
We check: levels, damp-proof course and curing

Columns & structure
The RCC frame rises — the skeleton that carries your home for generations.
We check: steel spacing, cover blocks and verticality

Slabs
Floor and roof slabs are cast, with openings planned for skylights and services.
We check: shuttering, reinforcement and slab thickness

Walls & masonry
Walls go up exactly to the approved plan, with conduits and plumbing lines built in.
We check: alignment, mortar ratio and wall plumb

Glazing & finishes
Windows, doors, flooring, paint and fittings bring the design to life.
We check: finish quality against the approved specifications

Landscape & pool
Compound walls, driveway, lawns, trees and — if you choose — a pool in the north-east.
We check: drainage, levels and waterproofing

Handover
A detailed walkthrough, documentation and your keys — then continued support after you move in.

How long does construction take?
It depends on the size, design and specifications of your project. Once the design is final, we share a detailed schedule and keep you updated against it at every stage.
How are payments structured?
Payments are linked to construction milestones — such as foundation, structure, masonry and finishing — so you only pay for progress you can see.
Will I get regular updates?
Yes. You will have a dedicated point of contact and receive regular updates with site photos on WhatsApp.
Can I visit the site during construction?
Of course. You are welcome to visit at any time, and we schedule walkthroughs with you at key milestones.
Can I make changes once work has started?
Small changes are usually possible. We explain the impact on cost and time before making any change, so you can decide with full clarity.
