How accurate is the online estimate?
It gives a realistic indicative range based on typical projects. Your exact price depends on the final design, site conditions and chosen specifications — we confirm it in an itemised quotation after a site visit.
Does the estimate include interiors?
Construction packages cover the complete civil structure and finishes. Full home interiors such as modular kitchens and wardrobes can be added using the “Full home interiors” option, or estimated separately in “Interiors only”.
Are approval fees and GST included?
Statutory approval fees, utility connection charges and applicable GST are shown separately in your quotation, so nothing is hidden.
Can the price change during construction?
Your agreed quotation fixes the specifications. If you request changes, we price them and get your approval before any work proceeds.
How do payments work?
Payments are linked to construction milestones, so you only pay for progress you can see.
